I ran the car about 5 minutes to get trans fluid level correct. While idling,I hear a SNAP and instant misfire. Removed left v-cover and find #1 intake pushrod over an inch below the others. Used a bore-scope and found lifter pushrod cup split and pushrod to the bottom of lifter body. Pics as soon as I get home.Mark.

Pulled intake Friday P M, found pushrod cup laying in lifter valley. All I can come up with is poss. valve stuck or lifter collapse/loss of tension on lifter,and BOOM. Cam looks good,I will try 1 new lifter,but not happy about a new lifter on a used(OEM)cam. Mark.
