I'm looking for some 16" wheels for street duty. Lots of road hazards here, I was thinking some of the later model steel wheels off of a cop-car caprice with the small chrome hubs would look slick on my GN and not mind the occassional pothole while I get my stock rims refinished/replaced. Has anyone tried these?

WRONG BOLT PATTERN. DOUBT IF YOU'LL FIND ANY 16" WHEELS YOU CAN USE IN A YARD. POSSIBLY FIREBIRD 16" (not tta style) BUT I THINK YOU NEED ALL FRONTS. I RUN IROC WHEELS......ALL FRONTS.

You could probably get some 16" IROC wheels off of ebay for $50 ea.

The yards I go to, they already take the wheels off...bastards...

Yeap, Caprice cop cars use 15" and wrong bolt pattern. I have Firebird snowflakes that I use for autocross. You can only use the fronts. Seems every one wants the IROCs but the snowflakes go unnoticed. Eric Fisher

They need 2" adapters to work. If somebody made a set of 4 adapters for about $50, I'd run them. Vettebrakes wants $200+ for adapters.
