I like the feel of radials and run BFG 26" drag radials on the street. My trap rpms get too high with these racing, so I wanted to buy the new MT ET Street Radials in a 28" tall size.
I contacted MT directly and was disappointed to discover that we'd be lucky to see these by June at best. I'd like a new set of 28" tires for the GS Nationals.
A question I have is: are there any drag slicks that are radials? I'll only use them at the track so a dot tire is not necessary.
Has anyone tried the M&H drag radials? They look almost like a "regular" street radial to me in the pictures I've seen of them. I wonder how well they hook? I've always had good luck with BFG drag radials with my old mid 11's combo (1.57 60 ft) and are thinking of getting 28" BFG's but I'd like to try something new.
