Inlet pipe differences, stock vs aftermarket

I'm slighly confused as to how the after market inlet and downpipes bolt up. I don't know anyone with a HotAir car, so if I can see some pictures of a bolted up inlet pipe and downpipe I'd apprecate it. I'm wanting a 2.5 inlet and downpipe but found pictures at the Mease Performance downpipes. They talk about the huge puck, I don't see how it bolts on to a stock wategate set up. Would I have to change the wastegate to get something like this to work? I know these are 3" but aren't some 2.5 designed the same way?

Part # D3IWGSC45, D3IWGSD45, D3IWGSS45

and D34OC what is a "integral wastegate downpipe for On Center Turbo"
a external wastegate?

The mease DP is a terry houston style w/ the integrated wastegate, and is the best option available. It eliminates your elbow that currently connectes the DP and turbo. It is also just a bolt up item, no mods required. I would love to have one myself but I already have a 3" pipe.

The uppipe is another story. I know herb(turboregal84) has gone 12's w/ the stock uppipe, so if it aint broke dont fix it. The only reason I went w/ the ATR piece was b/c my doughnut gasket thing broke and wasn't worth it to deal w/ getting a used one and having it leak again. The ATR piece was like $130 shipped  . I dunno if your interested or not but I have an aftermarket 2.5" uppipe if you want it. I remember you sent me the 3 gauge A pillar so I will give this to you if you want it(plus shipping) you can see pics here...its got a fresh coat of EastWoods hit temp on it.

oh i think i have it now, the integrated on replaces the elbo and come out the side like a 86-87 look. Does this have clearance problems with the A/C housing? I guess its bends to go down the way the one with the elbo does.

How is that pillar working out for you. Your engine is SO CLEAN!!! good job

yeah that will be great. does that mean I pay or you pay? I just want to be clear.

You pay shipping and its yours!

I actually am not using the triple, i picked up a dual. The triple seemed like too much. But I currently have a single on the car  , so i have a single, dual, and triple gauge A-Pillars in sandstone!

And your right about the MPE pipe, it looks like what you might see on an 86/7 and it has no clearence problems, i tihnk u'll be happy with it, definatly a nice piece!

send me an email fireberd350@comcast.net if you want that pipe and we'll work out shipping and payment. Later, Steve
