Injector size

I have an older SMC kit, not the brand new one...and to be quite honest, I'm unsure as to what size the actual injector is.

Problem is, I'm only running 20lbs of boost, and with the alcohol turned up to max, I still get knock...

Can this be corrected by simply increasing the size of the injector? I was reading about some guys with a dual injector setup...is that necessary?

Any help would be much appreciated!

If it doesn't have a pressure gauge on it send it back to Steve after contacting him and get the upgrades.

If you have an M10 nozzle you can upgrade to a single M15 or add another M10 or M15.

Depends what you need or want.

Probably many upgrades including the pump for your older version so I suggest calling or emailing Steve at SMC.

The nozzle has the number stamped on its head. The largest is the M15.

Do a pressure test on the kit and see what it puts out. You can run an fuel pressure guage to test the system.

Pressure should be at least 70-75 PSI at max pump speed typically. Contact Steve at www.smcenterprises.com for specific kit assistance.
