Does anyone recall reading about the guy who paid with a $2 bill and some fast food place? Apparently the clerk and the manager and the rent-a-cop thought it was a phony...

I called Checher's corp office about the the overcharge I posted above and yesterday evening I get a call from the owner of the store here in G'ville.

He apologizes for the lack of concern shown me by his staff and says I can stop by and pick up any combo I want on him.

May not make them any smarter but I get a free lunch today.
