Hughes Transmissions Review 200R4

Is anyone using them for a GN that make over 500Hp at the rear tires? I have one and their converter in my car (it came with my car). It is slipping really bad right now and I want to have it rebuilt but not sure if I should send it to them or someone else. Thanks for the advise.

What makes you think Hughes built it? They do make a deep pan with their logo.

If you think they did and it's now slipping at 500hp, I wouldn't go back to them. I'm not saying all trans builds should hold 500hp, but there are a few vendors here who have proven their ability to build to 500hp. Some of this is on the owner too - to make sure they are installed properly with proper cooling and tv adjustment.
