Headgasket options

Well it time to assemble another engine. I am installing champion aluminium heads on a 109 block. I am familiar with typical felpro headgaskets and cometics. I know cometics are great but I personally have had the oil and coolant leaks on one motor but success on others. I am looking at rjc's headgasket kit, just wondering what you all think and would use??? Or if there are any other great options out there??

Cometic is the way to go. IMO

If your block isn't smooth smooth smooth and flat flat flat, along with your heads being smooth smooth smooth and flat flat flat, don't even think about the Cometics.

It's ether cometics or RJCs . Ether way u go u have to prep it right or they will both leak .

with a prepped 109 with a strong shortblock with the intent to really put the squeeze to it with a good tuner= cometics.stock shortblock ok tuner moderate sqeeze= felpro.stock shortblock, heavy sqeeze, good tuner,ok with hard part failure in the shortblock=rjc
