Getting discouraged slow piece of cr.....!!!

I would agree the power is off. Should be 112-113mph depending on air and probably run out if the no around 23-24psi in good air and be trapping 121-122mph. I would look at the valvetrain and converter. 4600-5200 it should be very strong. If you're over 5200 any time but out the back end you probably have the wrong converter.

It would be interesting to see what your combo would do at 28psi. I think you are leaving a ton on the table just running 18psi with those heads.
He'd be out of turbo before 5000rpm at 28psi

Would a larger turbo be a better match for the engine combo? Cam specs aren't given though.

Maybe get the car to run what it should with the current turbo first then look at changing it. Converter is a mystery and so is the valvetrain.

Sounds like you need to take some time to get that car dialed in. Plenty of people here to help, but they need real data. Like a full time slip and log files. Otherwise your just going to be tuning screws on guesswork hoping to go fast before you blow it up.

I am going to the dyno in the folowing weeks will keep you guys posted!

That's very impressive. What the heck was the weight?
