B bruce Rest In Peace Joined May 25, 2001 Apr 7, 2002 #2 Varies by engine. If you add 1 degree too much and trip the K/S, the ecm will pull out 2-3 degrees of timing. At WOT the trick is running close to but not exceeding the trip point of the K/S.
