FAST B2B Question

Does anyone know how FAST groups the injector outputs for firing in B2B units? (ie, do they fire INJ ABCD and then INJ EFGH???). I'm using an EDIS/FAST unit on a Ford 4.6L V8.

ABCD is one bank, EFGH is the other.
