As I learn the fine art of tuning my questions may be taxing so please be patient:

BL @ idle high 160 ish as soon as I touch the gas it drops to 128 - 138 at idle or deceleration. As I run thru 3rd on pull BL runs 144 range then again on decel back to 130 range? When are these numbers sacred?

Car runs fine no miss, or etc on pull or cruising w/ fair idle.

The translator is set on 6 for 12 % rich and I have the option to set at 7 for 14 % rich, is that better as it may drop BL #s ?? (85 mm MAF)

I think you need a more modern chip. People have said Red made his chips fat so maybe that is why the ECM is pulling so much fuel at idle. What happens if you set translator at base setting? What injectors do you have?
