I have to smog my car this weekend. There is a station down the street that just put in a e85 pump. Would adding a few gallons of e85 to 3/4 of a tank of gas help cut the emissions down?

EDIT:
Car will be going through the test with a low mile stock cat, TT emissions chip, stock dp, stock air cleaner setup, working egr, etc

I wonder what the emissions would be like running pure e85? (if I converted over)

For years we have added a quart or 2 of denatured alcohol to 1/2 tank of gas before going to an emission test. It was also necessary to have the car at operating temp for 1/2 hour or more just before the test. :)

It would be interesting to know how an e-85 conversion TR would fare in an emission test? All the e-85 cars here I know about are all Classic exempt from smog testing.
