Downpipe for 83 T-type???

I was wondering if there was any companys out there that made a larger downpipe our cars, or do I have to have one custom made? Thanks

we had 1 made couldnt find one, cost about 300.00 and gave it more response.it is a 3in and we might part out the car later.unless you are ina hurry.

The bottom 3/4 of the carb/turbo DP is the same as the 84/85 Hot Air. I'm considering getting an ATR 2.5" DP and having the top modified.

I tried to get ATR to make one. They aggreed, but when the time came to do it, they quit responding to my e-mails.


Look at this picture. The silver pipe is an '83, the other is a 84/85 downpipe.

looks like a smart move if your modifier and parts cost are workable.

gnx203, What time frame are you looking at about parting out your car. I am not in that big of a rush. If you are planing on parting out in the next couple of months Ill wait. If not ill just look into having one made. Thanks
