Does Car Fax Work for Bikes? I Have a VIN # If It Can Be Checked

- The letters "I", "O", and "Q" never appear in a VIN.
- The VIN must be exactly 17 characters in length.
- The CARFAX database contains information for cars manufactured from 1981 through the present.

Thanks for the attempt Rick but it seems that the Car Fax vehicle report is only for cars.

The VIN is good, the VIN decoders tell the year make model and country of mfr but that is it.

No problem. I was hoping it would work so I could check my CB1100F I bought this spring.

I had the same problem with my bike, carfax is hit or miss with motorcycles. I think it depends on the state.
