Converter not locking up?

For some reason the converter isn't locking up after I put a new cam in a couple weeks ago. Was working just fine last fall when the old cam bit the dust, but it's not locking up now. Had it up to around 60 and no lockup. Pretty sure the new Extender has it locking up around 50.
Any ideas?
What pins on the ALDL port do I jump across to lock it manually?

Top left and right will jumper it. Or just top left with an inline switch and the other line running to a ground for a more permanent setup.
