convert 2004R back to lockup

Anybody know the procedures for converting a 200 back to lockup that's been previously converted to NL?
 
Assuming

It's the later style and not the old Art Carr setup--remove the N/L spool in trans pump--install a stock L/U spool---reinstall the O-Ring on input shaft.
 
What about if it does have the old art carr set up?? I remember having to remove the check ball in the input shaft and also a check ball under the seperator plate to make it N/L. Any thing else involved other than replacing those parts??
