They said on the radio that about 2 years ago he had a no hitter where he walked one batter then picked him off first so he did face the minimum 27 batters but had 1 walk. He had the same home plate umpire for his perfect game and his no hitter 2 years ago.
I thought I heard that Dewayne Wise (the outfielder that made THE catch) was also on Atlanta when Randy Johnson threw a perfect game againts the Braves. Have not heard it verified (yet). Imagine being on Both sides of a Perfect Game
