Cam Lift Questions?

Can some one give me the spec. on what the actual lobe lift is on the stock camshaft. Is .384 I and .408 E the lobe lift or the actual valve lift? Measuring my stock cam I have an average of .247 and .263 lobe lift not valve lift. Can some one give a little input on this subject please?

that would be at the valve...funny how good they run on such a crappy cam huh..

to get lobe lift from valve lift take away rocker ratio which should be 1.55

lobe lift divided by 1.55 should give you lobe lift.

yep if you take the .408 lift from the exaust side divide it by 1.55 for rocker ratio the it comes out to .263 whick is your lobe lift.
