OK. I have gone ahead and finished layout (without all the ads) and gone to production of the first 20. You can go ahead and pay whenever you like, but I won't be able to ship them until tomorrow (Friday) night. i have my kids' Christmas Pageant tonight and I have to videotape and fight the crowds of kindergarten parents that think their kid is the first kid to sing "Little Drummer Boy" while flapping his arms....
