BLM up with new air filter?

Swapped out my old 14" K&N cone for a new 9" AEM Dry-Flow and all of the sudden BLM's are up to 133-136. I know the ECM is still well within correction range, by why would this happen with just a new air filter? Any reason to try and correct it or just leave it be? Guess I could bump fuel psi a bit, more curious as to why this would happen. Also noticed AF dropped to 4 at warm idle (was 5-6).

Put K&N back on and see if it returns to normal.possibly disturbed something elseo_OBeen their
