Besides a Buick turbo, What other turbo cars have you owned?

I recently had an 86' Mustang SVO with the turbo 4 banger 2.3L. Man talk about a fun car. Wish I didn't have to sell it. I got a lot of attention with that car because it was so mint and low mileage. Oh well maybe I'll get another one later on down the road.

Just my CRX. A couple of friends and I made our own turbo setup for it using parts from various cars, Volvo 740s, mitsubishi eclipses, ford probe gts, and so on. the whole setup cost under $700 and dropped the quarter mile time by over 1.5 seconds

The 2.3T is a stout motor that makes tons of power if the combo is right. My buddy had this motor in his Pinto with a set of Ranger cams a modified GN turbo, homemade front mount, and a 50hp shot....car ran 11.teens all day long!

Yes sir, and more than likely, he was probaly running a stock motor and Hardware

'84 Buick Grand National w/ ttops and that really neat lumbar cloth and leather interior-Dropped a piston out the Btm in -40C coming home for Xmas. Extended warranty paid $8000 for a new motor,GM techs didn't know s**t about these cars and neither did I at that time

'86 T type-ttops- wrecked by a big truck hitting it while parked. Driver fell asleep. Dumb **s had 52 000 km at that time bought when it had 32

98 crew cab dually, 6.5 turbo diesel is the only other turbo one right now BUT I am thinking really hard about building the 455 for my 68 firebird set up for turboing. The 455 ponchos were stump pullers to guys, imagine it with a turbo set up! YIKES!!!!!!!!!! Daniel Ray

Ahhh turbo cars only, much easier than listing all the others.

Started out in 1995 with a 1990 plymouth laser turbo 5 speed, wouldnt hook till 3rd gear, ran high 13s on radials and upping the boost and timing..

Then someone pulled out in front of me, totaling the car, so i purchased a 1992 galant vr-4.
