I'm going to replace my b pillar moldings. It looks like the door weatherstrip has to be removed. Is this how it is done or is there an easier way to do this? Any hints to accomplish this would be greatly appreciated.

Yes the weatherstrip has to be removed. Be careful not to ripe the weatherstrip sometimes they are glued on. You will also have to remove the weatherstrip channel. It has sealant behind it to stop water from leaking in. Make sure you use a little butel tape when you're installing the channel.
