gotta go pick up some plugs today but need to know which ones to get for hte motor with gn1's on it now. gonna be around 27-30psi range i think i have seen most say regular 103's just wanted to know the difference between them. car is driven and raced on the street often...was running NGK ur5's in the old irons i had. thanks for any help

I've read a couple of times people using AR3932 plugs on GN1s. Interestingly, the AR3932 is a washer type plug and the AR103 is a tapered plug. I've read that the GN1s accept both.

Both have cut back ground straps, while the AR3932 doesn't have the extended insulator tip. The AR3932 has a slightly longer reach, .750" vs .708" with the AR103. The AR3932 is a colder plug. For running high boost, the AR103 has been reported to be too hot for some. Being a colder plug and not having the extended insulator tip, the AR3932 might be best for high boost compared to the AR103. On the street, it might foul easy though as its supposed to be a pretty cold plug. There is also a AR3933 plug that might work. But there is no AR102.

The AR3932 is also a non resistor plug. Don't know if anyone has had problems with RF noise coming from these plugs affecting any electronics.

I even have pics. ;) The AR103 is on the left, the AR3932 on the right. I'm using AR103s, but boost is in the lower 20s for now.

The colder plugs will foul pretty quick with street driving...as for racing just experiment an see which plug your car likes...I've tried some different heat ranges on my GN1's and my car seems to like the 103's the best...
