Anyone powder coated their aluminium vacuum block?

Per the title, prefer a black block so thinking about getting one powder coated ... if someone done theirs and can share some pictures would be great.

Also share whish areas I should make sure are masked (gasket mating surface I for instance).

Actually you don't need to mask any of it.........I've done quite a few.
Being aluminium you might want to use a little fluoride in the pretreat or at least rough it up some.

I had mine done. My coater masked off the gasket mating surface and the fins to match the plenum which he also coated. Not the greatest pic but it gives you an idea how it looks.
