What's wrong with yours?
I'm using the truck brackets, which probably wouldn't fit if I didn't use the 1" setback plates. It sticks up high, but it will fit under the hood...but not by a lot.

Kevin has a point, the further forward it sits, the more likely it's gonna hit hood...
If you like how far forward it sits, you could always cut the brackets, tweak the angle, and weld em back on a bit lower. I used the solid moroso mounts, 1" setback plates, and it fits. Isn't pretty though...the fbody stuff looks nicer but the vette is probably the best fit for our cars from what I have seen in pics (just guessing).

My plan is to get back onto my project here shortly. That boat I bought and repaired with some of that money I got from selling my Buick parts ended up being a very good deal. I now have a boat that is worth twice what I got into it
Only bad part is that it has caused me to lose interest in racing and cars at the moment. The family loves it though. We go out every weekend. We cruised the Ohio River to downtown cincinnati yesterday. Got to watch the Bengals on the giant screen at the stadium and toured some replica ships of Christopher Columbus that were docked in the area. My two older kids love to tube. Here are some pics.

Nice! Mine is a '95 20.5' maxum. Got it for $2k with a cracked 4.3. Found a brand new 4.3 for $500. Did all the work myself. I have about $3k in it all together. Same boat is going for about $7k average locally.
My wife and kids were sitting at home while I was going to 4 events a year. I felt bad. Now we all go out together. The boat has got me laid by my wife more than my car ever did hahaha

the car is together and going fire up in the next few days. its no big deal now. well see how alt belts hold up on cruises and random street run ins
Got some work done tonight. Basically just trying to figure out how I'm going to plumb everything. Made some progress.
Since summer is over. I'm just taking my time. Thinking of doing an aluminum radiator with an fittings and ss hose.

I'm trying to figure out where to mount my regulator also. I want to mount on the firewall like that but I want it to be legal for the track also...NHRA doesn't like the firewall mounts, that's a no no.

yeah I haven't seen it in the rule book, but all the yb people say it won't pass tech if it's a strict NHRA track. http://www.yellowbullet.com/forum/showthread.php?t=475348
