252 Compression Distance and Deck Height

Does anyone know the compression distance and deck height of the regular production 1980-1984 4.1 (252) Buick motor? Raceseek.com lists the cd at 1.823'' and the dh at9.535''. They also list the head cc at 46-47 and the rod length at 5.953". Is any or all of this info. accurate? I need correct specs from the Buick community. Thanks for any and all help.

Rod length, head cc's, and deck height look good to me. Not sure about the compression distance though, cant remember that one. Probably correct though.

The info I have is CH is 1.808, DH is varies from the resources I have found but somewhere near 9.535. The stock rod length is 5.96" which puts the pistons in the hole about .090" for a CR of 8:1. Usually the deck on the blocks are not very square either so keep that in mind if you are going to order custom pistons. I had to remove .020 to make one of mine square and flat.

crank being a 3.400 would equal 1.700" 1/2 stroke + 5.953" rods+ ch 1.823" would total up to 8.476" which would leave 1.059" in the hole using a deck height of 9.535".
