The 315's fit with no spacers or adapters, these wheels were custom made for Gbody cars. The fronts are setup for C5 brakes but will fit stock brake setup with no problem.

What is the back spacing on the rears?

4.75" is the backspacing on the rears, they have 315's. The front backspacing is 4" and clear fine....
