Does anyone know the weights of all these rear ends?

How about an approximate horsepower loss for each?

I am currently building the car and am considering all the options. I know the 10 bolt is good for 8's but it'll cost just as much to build it up as the 12 bolt or dana.

TIA...

i have a moser 12 bolt. is about 35 lbs. lighter than a 9 inch. according to moser. im very happy with it.

It depends. The Ford is easier to service, with the removable center section. So, for folks who often change gears, or do work on the posi, that is a definite advantage. There is a tiny loss of efficiency because the hypoid angle is a little steeper, but you are talking about just a few horsepower, not big numbers. Maybe if you are going to run at Talledega, it might matter. Also, with the Ford you can get an aluminum center section, save some pounds, but I don't know how the overall weight stacks up against the others. For a drag car, the rules will tell you when you need to get rid of the "C" clip axles. That my affect your choice, too. It makes the original GM 10 bolt more expensive to deal with.
