Started the car today and it sounded/ran horrible till it warmed up.Felt like it was cutting out cylinders randomly.Also there is a knocking sound when the engine is cold,but smooth when fully warmed up. Does this sound like a Camshaft position sensor?

I replaced all of the vacuum lines,check valves and reset the computer. BLM count works it's way to 160 still. This only happens at idle.Cruising it is at 136 or so.WOT it locks at 128 (A/F at .820) What else should I be looking for?I'm running out of idea's:(
