    turbocharger thread size

Making sure we are apples to apples, not the bolts that secure the housing, these are the opening for the inlet and outlet of the coolant hoses, so tht coolant can enter and exit the center section. Tx CR

    turbocharger thread size

What is the thread size and pitch for the center section of the stock turbo with coolant passages? I have tried numerous sizes and can't get a match, inlcuding Std pipe thread sizes and SAE sizes. I don't want to force it- I just got it back from Cheetah. 3/8th pipe is close, so is 5/8 bolt...

    Alarm controller or relay?

My factory alarm "security" light stays on now. It is supposed to shut off after you arm the system with the power door locks. Now the "Security" light is on all the time either fixed [system armed] or flashing [system un-armed] after you close the door. The door locks work fine, as they...

    Timing chain replacement

Russ is right. Been there and done that......... Here is some free advice. While you have 1/2 the engine apart, take the other 1/2 apart. Pull the heads and be sure that your pisons are OK and that the valve the played pong is not bent. Imagine how pissed you'll be if you slap it back...

help car wont start no spark

The crank sensor has to come with slots, so that the interuptor ring can pass between the slots. The correct spacing id .030 [I think-someone help me on this] It is possible to have the ring between the wrong slots on the sensor, I think there are 3 raised areas, therfore 2 slots.

    Timing chain replacement

There is a lot to damage under there if you just stick it in. After it's inserted, rotate the engine until it "locks up" You will need to repeat this for the harmonic balancer bolt anyway. Watch that interuptor ring. You cannot bend it at all, you will mess up your crank sensor.
