I just got my cruise working, turns out the brake switch has two sets of contacts and the set used for cruise was flaky. Was following the factory troubleshooting procedure and decided to test that circuit further by depressing the pedal which opened the contact but was not solid when the pedal...

Plus or minus 2 mph is pretty normal for this vintage cruise control. I remember driving my dad's 86 NA for many years, still the same. Just like gotta roll up the passenger side window then drivers side which will after several seconds finally seal when running 75 mph :-)

Maybe I'm a bit nervous but Imtend to back into my parking spaces wherever I go. Logic is that it'll take a flatbed or drag the car in park with e-brake engaged out to snag the rear wheels with a little wheel dragger.

Doesn't sound bad to me, we pay our own shipping to each other at $30 apiece.. What about the bushings, are they poly and in good condition? Do stock end links work with the thicker bar? Mine has new poly (well about 1 year and less than 10k since installed) and has grease fittings. Original...

Have you determined the cost of shipping? I'm in Loganville, GA 30052 My '87 GN is stock, I replaced the bushings though. I'd be interested in a straight swap if shipping isn't too bad

I experienced noticeable seat of the pants gain by installing a TH 3" downpipe with test pipe. My cat had about 120k on it at the time.

When I changed over to vacuum I drilled and tapped a new hole and mounted the linkage using a shoulder bolt which I believe was about 5/8 of an inch below the original

I'll see what turns up. Right now I have a line on a new 3" SS with test pipe about 2 weeks out for $375 plus the ride. I found out about HyetechPerformance in an old thread on here about downpipes. Anyone had any dealings with them, I'm still pretty new to the community to really know vendors...

Also, does it have an O2 port? Ned that for the wide band, stock location apparently isn't hospitable to the wide band.

Don't suppose you also have a test pipe with that? Please share a picture of the internals, waste gate puck. I'm at 30052' outside Atlanta.

It appears Kirban's 3 inch is on indefinite back order (would have been more convenient to know that prior to ordering but even better if I hadn't had to call to find out...), unfortunately my stocker was leaking and removed last night. Please let me know if you have a used or new one in good...
