hi, i changed from a te-54 turbo. to a gt61-52-e. thats it. now it dose not line up.my up pipe is off maybe 1/2 inch. and also the intercooler pipe that gos into the turbo. that pippe is off 1-inch to an 1 1/2. what i need to know. can i ajust the clocking on the turbo? if so how. thank you...
