They don't spray when they are in low or high. I also turned the switch and beat on the column and jiggled the wires where the switch connects and nothing. I'm thinking I buy a switch and slave it in and just operate it with the old stalk to see what happens!
Thanks for your help!
OK I followed your instructions. I put 12 volts on the pump and it works. I left the key OFF and tested the dark green and grey wires and they were shorted when operating the washer and open when not. No fix unfortunately.
I've replaced the washer pump, the motor assembly, and the stalk (which needed it anyway). I've troubleshot it down to "repair circuit between switch and motor".
My question is, is it common for the switch itself to go out? The thing cost $160!
I have an ongoing problem with an air noise coming from my driver's door front corner or there about. I have spent hours tinkering with the seal and adjusting the window but it hasn't helped. It is really loud at freeway speeds. Has anyone had this problem?
I'm gonna come right out and say you NEED it. It is like an insurance policy for your head gaskets. Even if you aren't going to crank the boost up much, you never know when a vacuum line is going to pop off somewhere and let your boost go to infinity and beyond.
Well...Can't argue with a dude running a 1.5 60'. When the track opens again, I'm going to do what you suggest. After all, it will only cost me a little more shop air.
It is just a stock sway bar in the back with hotchkiss upper and lower control arms. The front sway bar is still there because I have to drive it on the freeway on a regular basis.
Here is another video of my launch. Notice the ridiculous bounce when I launch. Is that the airbags? I had about 15psi in them. BTW, I can't spend $500 on suspension stuff right now.

I have had a better 60' before though. You notice they made us sit there forever 12 seconds before letting us go. Plus I had to do 2 burnouts because they stopped us.

You can see on the video that the car hiccups or something after I shift out of the transbrake. No excuses but the staging was a marathon wait.
Was I just not aggressive enough with the trottle? BTW, letting that Neon go ahead was a mistake since my...
