Does the flat factory bar under the driveshaft serve the purpose?

One last question... Do these cars come with factory driveshaft loop? It looks like a factory brace that is just behind the transmission, abt 6 inches back behind the u-joint of the drive shaft. It's just a flat bar under the driveshaft.

I just installed the same transbrake. Are there any issues you have been having that I should be aware off. Is there any prep work I need to do prior to using the transbreak to make sure nothing breaks? Should I up grade my u-joints, if so what do you recommend?

I have the same setup without the t-brake and have been 11.90 without a lot of tuning. With tuning 11.50's or even better.

What if I'm running alky? Should I just turn up the alky or the fuel?

Don, I installed my motor and tranny together. It was a nightmare. In my opinion you will save yourself a lot of headaches by installing them seperately. Just my 2 cents.

My rear brake line on the drivers side has a bad leak under the driver's door. I think it has rusted out. Does anyone know where I can find one and the cost? I checked Kirbans and Gbody parts website last night and couldn't find them.
