Thanks How many miles or on your odometers? I'm looking at a stock 98 GTP and I want somethings that has good MPG that I can turn into a high 13 sec daily driver. It has 50K, so I just want to get some ideas. Yes, Zig is the man! :D

Thanks for the info guys. I saw a nice 2000 with 59K miles today for $2,500 more than the 98. Black, grey leather, sunroof, etc. Nice. Motor compartment was really dirty though. I'll see what the bank can do fo me tomorrow. :D

Stopped by a local used car dealer and saw a nice 98 GS. It's got 97K miles and drives really good. I saw about 7.1 psi of boost in 1st gear, then I lifted. Is that about Normal for first gear? Only thing I didn't like was the oil pan had lots of oil gunk and several drips of oil around...

GREAT CAM! I put mine in at 156K, I'm up to 173K miles and never had any problems driving the car daily or racing and building boost. It is a very quiet cam too, just like stock. Lets not forget Geno went 9's with this same cam on his stock block. :eek:

It's in the works for this new year once a strong tranny goes in. Tim did it at 120K miles If I remember correctly, I'm trying it at 172K. Hey, another plus for us PowerStroke IC guy's. Good job Scott.

Too many "told you's" and "told me's" in that statement. I think I'm pretty competent with these cars to understand what "stock motor" means. I don't think I'd ever say a stock motor would run 10.20's in a GN cause I wouldn't believe it, ever! Plus, with what you know, you probably wouldn't...
