I did a carfax on a car I'm going to look at this afternoon, but don't know what to make of this. Carfax shows the car titled with 20 miles in 87 and first owner reported. Then in 89 the title is "issued or updated" again with 18k miles on it. It doesn't say second owner though. The ad said it...
