OK. I found the window. It about 1/8" outside the window. Guess it's time to start shopping for a shorter belt.

Can't seem to find the "window", but I'm gonna keep looking. My belt is 63.5" which should be correct, but I do think it is too long. At least it is too long now because the tensioner is only compressed maybe 3/16" from being relaxed.

I am lucky to get 2000 miles out of my serpentine belts before they start to squeak. It seems the belts are getting stretched. There is always a rubber dust build up on my pulleys, leading me to believe that one of the pulleys is out of line. However, they all seems to be fine. I have RJC...

No. Leave the MAF pipe alone. Get a MAF pipe of whatever size you want. Usually match it up to the turbo inlet size. I have a 4" inlet and a 4" MAF pipe. He's talking about having a smaller IC pipe before the MAF. Correct me if I'm wrong CTX-SLPR. However, many people run 3" MAFs with 3"...

I think you're following me. No MAF sensor before the turbo. It will be between the intercooler and throttle body. (pressure side of the turbo) Check this link. MAF Relocation

I respect what you did here, especially that you shared it with us. But, why didn't you just convert to serpentine?

If you don't want to run a reducer on the MAF you can always install a 3" MAF in the intercooler piping. Of course, you will have to cut the intercooler pipe, but it will make installing the IC pipes easier because it will flex. This means the MAF is after the turbo. Bruce recommended this...
