I live in Canada, and things work a little differently here. We don't have SSN's . They have my name and address and an unpaid Acct. and they have now sent it to collections.

I just received a bill from a Collection company for his UPS bill .. Perfect!! Now this is on my credit rating.

Still nothing from this deadbeat. UPS sent me another bill :mad:

I have sold parts to people all over the world, and i always check feedback and past posts. I talked to the guy on the phone 5-6 times and he emailed regularly about how things were going with the parts he was looking for. He also sent a deposit through Paypal when I was putting all the parts...

They have my name and Address. I called them again today. They said he received all the items and then refused the shipping charges. It's kind of ironic he told me he hoped not to get raped on the shipping charges! :confused:

You didn't strongarm me into anything i posted yesterday asking him to own up and respond to the post and pay his bill and gave him 24 hrs to do so. I have been emaiing Pm'ing him and I sent him a link to the thread. I know he was online yesterday as I have been checking his public profile. I...

I am hoping that he responds to the Thread and takes care of his unpaid bill.. If he is Man enough he will put things right. He was Online this morning after I sent him a link to the Thread. So please let's give him a chance to own up and take care of the issue.

I talked to the guy several times and he seemed like a decent guy. And I was trying to help him out. I gave him a good deal on all the parts and was patient waiting for payment. The TB community is pretty small, and I have dealt with alot of great people and I figured this would go smoothly...

I don't live in the US.. I have been trying to contact the Board member and i sent him a link to the thread, hopefully he will take care of this and put it to rest.

It is for his shipping charges that he didn't pay on HIS UPS Acct.

UPS has a clause in the Waybill stating shipper and or receiver all responsible for all charges..This is according to the Phone Jockey I talked to.. They also stated it would affect my credit rating.
