ALWAYS and I mean ALWAYS, when you order from whatever website, you usually have to wait an extra day on top of the shipping due to processing the order. YOU AREN'T THE ONLY ONE ORDERING FROM THEM.
HE'S NOT A HUGE BUSINESS LIKE FERRARI OR BUICK MOTOR DIVISION OR SUMMITRACING.COM. Get that through your head. Almost every member here orders there for some odds and ends.

This has gone from what I thought was an informative post on a possible challenge that I already brought to the vendor, and they did not respond to my emails, to what seems to be becoming personal attacks on me. All i thought I was doing was providing a bit of feedback, but instead it turned into a cluster. I did not ever attack Kirban's character as vendor in the community.
This has completely gone awry and its outcome was not what was expected in a negative way.
I have taken the minor issue up with Pete and Kirban's and will deal with them directly.
I apologize for this taking a life on its own, but I will not apologize for making the community aware of a possible issue with the logistics. But I only hope Kirban's makes internal adjustments to their methodologies of communications with their retail customers.
I do appreciate on how you all ganged up on me to protect a "family" member, hopefully the tides turn and I am someday a reciever of such close-knit community. That is one of the major reasons why I picked a TR.

You however are complaining about not having any communication on an item that was in you hands 6 days after placing your oder.
If you ordered it on a Monday you’d probably have it in 4 days.
I usually wait a week before contacting a vendor if my item hasn’t been received.
You don’t think you are over reacting? Not one bit? really?
If it had been a month you would not have gotten the back lash you have.
once again. 6 days is a reasonable time. Think about it man!
