It's great to see Len not only share his side of the story for all to see, but also to offer a refund for all that was charged...........Way to go Len!!!

when my trannie went south after Len did it, he answered right away and offered to fix it not once but twice, second time around i decided it would be too time consuming to take the trannie or the car back to vegas so i found someone locally to do the job and I couldnt be happier ever since, but Len did stand up and offered to fix it with no questions asked.

Well that was a good resolution and i think a thank you is in order not an apology but a thank you for standing up and dealing with a problem even tho it took a while....but hey what do i know lol

It's also a testament to the power of free speech.
While folks may be of varying opinions about what this response implies about Len's reputation, it's certainly the case that a thread with 16,000+ views among a very closely targeted group of customers is a pretty good incentive for any business owner to respond.
I tip my hat to the moderators for keeping this thread open. And keeping it open until the money comes.

After reading what he wrote & apologizing for his actions, I really thought this was over with!!! Well, OVER 2 weeks have now passed & I'm not so sure....
I guess we'll all find out for sure if Len Freeman is a man of his word or not... The Darkside

It's true....Len has had many people stand up for him as his "great reputation" was being questioned bu many on here... myself included among those doubters.
Is it true?...."He just proved it again!"
When Len came forward & explained his side of the story, than apologized for his temper getting the best of him in this unpleasant situation, and than even said he would refund John his money, I like many on here really felt great that this situation was going to have a happy ending!!! Those that took his side from the beginning & those of us who didn't, both proceeded to give Len pats on the back for stepping up & offering John a refund on the tranny.
Well, a few weeks have gone by and Len hasn't proven to be a man of his word....It now seems as though he's left all of us who believed he was going to take care of this with nothing but a sore hand from all those pats....:frown:
