I broke my Erson 214 in with comp springs and had no problems. Its more of a "just-in-case" thing.

Lifter preload can effect your power curve. Even something as small as .005 can change it. I think it was on gnttype I read it. I'am amung the few that use adjustables. Shim the rocker shaft .035... Adjust for zero.... Take out the shims... Reinstall the shafts and your done...

TH400 with a 3.73 rear....What size tire will put me threw the traps at around 5800 rpm? 28? 29? Or should I get a smaller gear to try and match the stock rear. Not real sure how close the third gear ratios are in the 400 compared to the 200.
