WTB: A nice turbo regals in WI or around?

Looking for a modded (or even close to stock) and reliable Turbo Regal (86-87). Dont want a rust bucket. If you guys know of anyone (or are selling one yourself), please let me know. Would prefer a built transmission or rebuilt trans car.

Looking to spend under 7,500 (but may pay more if I find what I am looking for). Thanks in advance for the help.
I am in Appleton, WI (just about 20mins south of Green Bay), so the closer the better.

you may have to expand your search a little more south if you want a rust free car for under 10k. Good lock

yah theres not much around here-always a car for sale in chi town or minneapolis-go to iola next month and pic one up-but for under 7500 will have to travel .
