I am curious to how many rooms are up top ... is it just 1 small room for the last 20 floors? ---

I actually saw this tower in person in 2008. It was still undergoing finishing touches, but the structure itself was completed. It is staggeringly tall to look at. Even driving by, it makes you kinda dizzy to look that far up. This made me laugh though: "It renamed the half-mile-high tower for the head of neighboring Abu Dhabi, whose billions bailed out Dubai amid last year's financial crisis." Crazy A-rabs.

I read something about it yesterday. They said the rooms in the top floors are too small, they can only be used for storage.....a half mile in the sky for storage. Also, it pointed out that every time a toilet near the top is flushed, water needs to be pumped up a half mile. I don't know, at some point building taller is just ridiculous. I think this building is way beyond that.

i was in the UAE in 2007, place is a real Sh!t hole.

not sure why anyone would want to go there.
