That's gonna depend on how hard you push the car and the rest of your system[fuel pump,etc.].

A safe DC is referenced as being NMT 75-80%.

The general rule we follow is: ported heads = low impedence

I'd go with a set of 55's and a double pumper....that'll keep her happy
