What size spring do you run in your bov?

I always found if you operated the engine properly there would be no need for such a device on these cars. Now beat'en on them you will hear it sneeze but it's all controlled by your right foot. I can save some money and have a neater less complicated under hood by just driving properly.

Well anyone who has felt there car buck like the way mine does at partial throttle and heard from somone else with same problem and by adding a bov it got rid of it, if there smart they will try it out.. My car Bucks like crazy an im going with a bov , couldnt hurt.., thank you for the useful info,

You are describing compressor surge the late Bruce Plecan a pretty smart member here now departed (RIP); experimented and discovered adding the "Turbonator" before the turbo inlet eliminated this effect. Newly designed turbos with holes and swirled inlets seem to eliminate this part throttle surge phenomenon. I had surge when I upgraded turbos and bought a turbonator off e-bay and fixed the problem that was 5 years now. Probably lots of posts either here or the other board about it...
