Which way do factory rods go in the motor?

Da having a blond moment getting ready to assemble motor and cant remember which way the factory rods face in the motor. Any help or a pic would be awesome.

Thank you Dave a pic is worth more than a thousand words. I couldnt remember if the chamfered ends all went the same way or in opposite directions.
