Which head gasket to use

I'm about to put my engine back together and i need to know which head gasket is most preferred on our cars. Lost the first set do to poor machining work on the heads. The new head rebuilder does not like the stock gm pieces and recommends the felpro perma torqs. Any reply would be greatly appreciated.

If you don't want to use stock ones then use the felpro 9441's.
