What's my grand national worth ?

I'm just curious to see what you guys think ths car should be listed for. I haven't seen a runnng GN listed for under 12k here in ny. I've had a few common gn issues lately and I'm getting frustrated. The time and money to keep up with the car might be too much for me, as i have 2 little monsters 69 camaro and a turbo camaro ongoing projects. Any input will be appreciated. I love the car but selling it is a realistic scenario unfortunately.

T tops
New t top weatherstriping (from gbody)
New horn ring ( gbody)
Very nice clean interior
Getting a new timing chain and gear set this week
Plus new timing cover gaskets and valve cover gaskets
Bigger turbo either a te44 to a 60 not sure which
Gnx rear brace
42 lb injectors
Terry houston down pipe
Paint needs some attention in a few places
Rear seat pan rot was just fixed
Has a small spot to fix in the passenger floor pan
Could use body bushings
Very strong motor,
Just changed the plugs
Fuel filter
Vr1 oil change
Needs a rear bumper extension

You might want to post some pics of the "issues" to give us a better idea of what you're talking about.

The "issues"are being addressed now it was an oil leak and a brake problem

All of these cars have oil leak and brake problems.
The "issues" I'm talking about are the ones with rust that you mentioned... A potential buyer will want to see what's going on with that.

Unfortunately true lol
We repaired the rear seat area all new metal and por15 there's still a hole in the passengers side it's not big but I would do a Pan on that side. Cars not with me it's getting leaks timing chain and brakes fixed no rust or rot anywhere else
