what sizes tires and rims will fit my car

i have and 87 ttype and i want to know how big i can go ppl say i can run a 15-10 rim with bs.4.75 28.10.5 tire will that work with out any frame notching and min tubing and if you guys dont think it will work what do you guys recomend
